Fee Overview

*Applications are approved upon favorable credit, rental history, and employment history, for a period of two (2) years. * * All persons over eighteen (18+) residing in the apartment home must be approved and be placed on the lease contract. * *Combined gross household income (USD) must be a minimum of two and half (2.5x) times the monthly base rent. *Verification of Proof of Income and Identity are required prior to move-in. * *Residents are responsible for monthly Cable, Telephone, Internet. Proof of Electric (FPL) and Renter’s Insurance ($100,000.00 Personal Liability Coverage) are required at move-in and must be maintained at all times during residency. * 7–14-month lease options for new applicants.
